Merchant Vendors

The Junior League of Texarkana is excited to announce the 2026 Mistletoe Market, our largest fundraiser of the year, taking place November 19–22, 2026. We are thrilled to welcome vendors and shoppers back for our second year at the Texarkana, Texas Convention Center.

Mistletoe Market attracts thousands of shoppers from across the Ark-La-Tex region, providing vendors with a premier opportunity to showcase their products during the holiday shopping season. We hope you will consider joining us for another exciting year. Please note that vendors are required to staff their booths during all market hours.

Market Schedule

Thursday, November 19

  • Preview Party: 6:00–10:00 p.m.

Friday, November 20

  • Mistletoe & Mimosas: 9:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
  • General Shopping: 12:00–7:00 p.m.

Saturday, November 21

  • General Shopping: 9:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Sunday, November 22

  • General Shopping: 12:00–5:00 p.m.

Pipe and drape will be used to separate vendor booths inside the ballroom.

Vendor Selection

Applications will be reviewed by the Mistletoe Market Vendor Committee. Vendors will be selected based on the following criteria:

  1. Type, uniqueness, and quality of merchandise
  2. Variety of vendors within the marketplace
  3. Overall fit with the market
  4. Booth availability
  5. Payment received by the required deadline
  6. Positive participation and partnership with Mistletoe Market

Application Information

Please complete and return your application to indicate your interest in participating in the 2026 Mistletoe Market. ***Application link below.

Applications will begin being reviewed on July 9, 2026. Applicants whose completed applications are received by July 10, 2026, will be notified of their status no later than July 17, 2026. Applications received after July 10 will continue to be reviewed on a rolling basis, and applicants will be notified in a timely manner.

A non-refundable $15 application fee must accompany each application. ***Payment link below.

Selected vendors will receive a contract for participation. Booth assignments will be made in the order that signed contracts and full booth payments are received, so we encourage prompt submission to secure the best available booth locations.

A block of rooms at a discounted group rate has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Texarkana Convention Center for out-of-town vendors. Booking information will be provided after your signed contract is received.

Returning vendors are encouraged to apply early for the best opportunity to secure their preferred booth locations.

Payment Schedule

  • 50% booth deposit due: August 21, 2026
  • Final booth payment due: November 6, 2026

For 2026, our booth categories have been updated to better reflect booth size, location visibility, vendor demand, and shopper traffic flow within the Texarkana Convention Center. These enhancements are designed to improve both the vendor and shopper experience while supporting the mission of the Junior League of Texarkana.

Deep Red – Main Corner Booth

Our most exclusive vendor location, the Main Corner Booth offers maximum visibility and exposure to shopper traffic throughout the market. With only one booth available, it will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis once a signed contract and full payment are received.

Booth assignments are based on:

  • Booth category selected
  • Booth availability
  • Merchandise mix
  • Overall market layout
  • Order in which paid-in-full contracts are received

While every effort will be made to accommodate booth preferences, specific booth locations cannot be guaranteed. The Vendor Committee reserves the right to make final booth assignments and adjust the market layout as needed to ensure the best overall experience for vendors and shoppers.
