Shoes for the Soul
Give a child a pair of shoes and give them dignity. In an ongoing partnership with Payless Shoe Source, the League works in all local school districts to select children to shop at Payless for two pairs of shoes with the help of Junior League volunteers.

Fall 2009 Shoes for the Soul a Great Success
On October 24, 2009, the Junior League of Texarkana, partnering with Payless Shoe Source, held another successful Shoes for the Soul event.

Holiday from the Heart 2010
On December 3, 2009, many deserving children enjoyed shopping with JLT volunteers.  Heart-warming smiles were seen everywhere as well as Santa, too!
