Membership in The Junior League of Texarkana is open to women of all races, religions, and national origins who share in our commitment to volunteerism and to improving our community.
HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?
Eligibility
Are you at least 24 years old?
Have you resided in the Texarkana area for at least 6 months?
Do you find volunteering rewarding?
If you answered “yes” to the above questions, then you can become a member.
JLT Vocabulary
Provisional – first year members.
Active – a full-fledged member.
Preferred Active – a member who has served 7 years & remains active.
Sustainer – a member who has served at least 7 years.
Sustainer Emeritus – sustaining member who has reached the age of 80.
Is it Expensive to Join? NO!
Membership Fees: Provisional: $95
(per year) Active: $70
Sustainer: $55
Other fees: MTF t-shirt $15
(per year) MTF quota $150
(equivalent in ticket sales)
Optional fees: Arrangements $20
