Membership in The Junior League of Texarkana is open to women of all races, religions, and national origins who share in our commitment to voluntarism and to improving our community.

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

Eligibility:

Will you be at least 24 years old during your first membership year?

Have you resided in the Texarkana area for at least 6 months?

Do you find volunteering rewarding?

If you answered “yes” to the above questions, then you can become a member.

 

JLT Vocabulary

New Members – first-year members.

Active – a full-fledged member.

Preferred Active – a member who has served 7 years & remains active.

Sustainer – a member who has served at least 7 years.

Sustainer Emeritus – sustaining member who has reached the age of 80.

 

Is it Expensive to Join? NO! (Dues are subject to change.)

Membership Fees:           New Member: $100
(per year)                         Active:             $ 78
                                         Sustainer:       $ 63

Other fees:                        MTF quota       $150  (or equivalent in ticket sales)
